YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

   When you visit the hospital, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash. Please arrive early to fill out an information sheet. Be sure to bring the following with you.

*Pertinent medical and surgical history information.
*List of any medications your pet takes
*X-rays or laboratory results
*Stool sample and/or urine where applicable
*Payment

   We request payment at the time of service and we accept all major credit cards, personal checks with proper identification driver’s license, non-driver state ID and CARE CREDIT

   We will always talk with you about the cost of treatment before undertaking a procedure. We realize that the cost of treatment can be high and that people often face a difficult decision about whether they can afford needed treatment. Whenever possible, we will try to arrange a payment plan or refer you to subsidized services. We will also assist you with the information about pet insurance.
